These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of BigDataCyberCloud.com, including your rights and responsibilities and our liability, intellectual-property, and governing-law provisions. Please read them carefully before using the Site.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BigDataCyberCloud.com (the “Site”), operated by RHC Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of them, you may not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors and others who access the Site.

2. Description of the Site

The Site is a free, open field guide to Big Data, Cyber Security, Cloud, and AI. Its content — explanations, diagrams, calculators, and quizzes — is editorial and provided for general learning and reference. RHC Solutions separately provides professional IT services, including:

• IT consulting and strategic planning
• Cloud infrastructure design and management
• Cybersecurity services and assessments
• Business continuity and disaster recovery planning
• Professional services and staff augmentation

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without prior notice.

3. Use License

You may access the Site’s materials for personal, educational, non-commercial viewing, and you may link to any page and quote short extracts with clear attribution to BigDataCyberCloud.com. This is a license, not a transfer of title, and under it you may not:

• Modify or copy substantial portions of the materials, or republish them as your own
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display without our written permission
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the Site
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on any other server

For longer extracts or commercial use, write to [email protected] first. This license terminates automatically if you violate these restrictions.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RHC Solutions and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. Third-party trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for reference only.

5. Accounts and Acceptable Use

The Site does not offer visitor accounts. Administrator accounts are issued only to authorized staff, who are responsible for keeping their credentials and second factor confidential and for all activity under their account. When using the Site, you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the admin area, the server, or any account
• Probe for vulnerabilities, scrape at high volume, or disrupt the Site (including denial-of-service attacks)
• Use the Site to distribute malware, unlawful content, or material that infringes others’ rights

We may block access and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

6. No Professional Advice; Professional Services

The Site’s content is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Architecture, security, and procurement decisions should be reviewed by qualified professionals against your context. Professional services from RHC Solutions are governed by separate service agreements or statements of work, which define deliverables, timelines, and pricing; to discuss an engagement, book a 30-min call.

7. Confidentiality

Where you share proprietary or confidential information with us in the course of an inquiry or engagement, both parties agree to keep it confidential. This obligation survives the end of any relationship between us. Specific confidentiality terms may be set out in a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party websites (vendor documentation, standards bodies, research, and our booking provider) because they are relevant. We don’t control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RHC Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Site
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
• Any content obtained from the Site, or your reliance on it
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RHC Solutions and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in New York, NY.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will give at least 30 days’ notice on the Site before it takes effect. By continuing to use the Site after revisions take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable or invalid, it will be interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and RHC Solutions regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements about it. Professional services engagements are governed by their own written agreements, which take precedence for those services.
